Building on the success of the previous four editions, the fifth edition of Let’s Talk about Interpersonal Communication covers all major aspects of interpersonal communication and is accessible, academically sound and interactive. This update includes new research, more South African examples, and more workplace applications of the material. The chapter on interaction management from the fourth edition has been divided into a chapter on listening skills and a chapter on response skills, while the former relationship dynamics chapter has been merged into the chapter on creating a supportive relationship climate.
