In December 2010, in Port Elizabeth, Andy Kawa was abducted, attacked and raped at King’s Beach. Her attackers were never caught. She successfully sued the police for failing to properly investigate her attack. The police appealed, and won. Kawa would not give up her fight for justice. She has begun her appeal to the Constitutional Court.
