Kama Sutra

R19,05

One of the earliest texts on sexuality and sexual behavior, the Kama Sutra was written in Sanskrit by the Hindu philosopher Vatsyayana between 400 BCE and 200 CE, and explores concept of kama, or sexual pleasure. According to the Hindu religion, kama is one of the four main goals of life, along with dharma (righteousness), artha (worldy and material well-being), and moksha (liberation).

Although the Kama Sutra provides practical advice on sex, it is not simply a sexual handbook, but is a philosophical guide to love and family intended to help its readers create a more balanced, harmonious and pleasure-filled life.
