This book is built on the foundation of ‘workplace’ as defined in within the Namibian Labour Act, 2007. It extracts principles from Namibian case law pertaining to content and formulation of various disciplinary offences typically found within the workplace, and explains how these can be defined to assist employers in drafting well-rounded ‘disciplinary codes’ in their workplace.
